Use this Applet to automatically track and sync new Acuity Scheduling appointments to a Google Sheet spreadsheet. Recreate this Applet for each Appointment Type and Calendar you wish to track.

This trigger fires when a new appointment is scheduled.

Then

Google Sheets icon
Add row to spreadsheet

This action will add a single row to the bottom of the first worksheet of a spreadsheet you specify. Note: a new spreadsheet is created after 2000 rows.
