If you don’t achieve your steps goal by a specific time you will be notified through a notification, calendar event (so you can always know when you messed up your health :) ) and a VoIP call.

This Trigger fires every time you do not achieve a daily goal you choose at the time you specify. NOTE: Updated on the first Fitbit tracker sync after the time you specify.

Send a notification from the IFTTT app

This action will send a notification to your devices from the IFTTT app.

And

VoIP Calls icon

Call my device

This action will call your device with the IFTTT app installed and speak a message provided by your Applet.

Create a calendar event

This action creates a new event in the calendar you specify.
